How would you feel if you buy a $4K order and a few days after you change your mind and ask them not to ship (cancel) and they delay the refund by asking you to wait until they sell the product to somebody else?

This happened to me after years of ordering from them. Just for the record, I have spent over $35k just in the last 2 years. I ordered 18 bottles of the same wine after having previously ordered over 20 bottles of the same wine, I got sick of the wine so I wanted to get something different, even a credit towards my next order would have been fine with me. James Xenakis aka Jim, asked me to wait for the refund long enough that a credit card claim was not possible, then he changed his position and said that “a refund was not an option”.

Very dishonest people, I would be very concerned about ordering from this untruthful company, after all there are too many great and reliable wine shops in USA.
