Building a home on Fahi Pond and referred to Partridge & Kids. 1st needed a level pad for camper, so we could live here during build. Daryel installed septic/leachfield, trees removed and lg. area raised/levelled for the house & garage. Huge process we didn't have the vision for, but Daryel and Corey did! They did what they said they would and tons more! Reliable, always available, Daryel cinched up every aspect of the job by making calls to Town Office and tackled all questions/concerns. He, Corey and Randy staked out the area for buildings, taking care to make sure we were well outside the 100' shoreline zone, putting up barriers to prevent possible run-off to pond. Embden CEO said they never see jobs staked so well! Products they use are QUALITY, packs down good so when it rains you don't have mud and you can feel just by walking on it that you have the support for any job. Camper never budged/sunk during hard rains. Our lot is fully prepared now for slabs, septic's fully operational and they even landscaped. Our driveway was pre-existing, but narrow/sunken in spots. Now it's level, wider and smooth. What a transformation!! Partridge & Kids' rates are very reasonable! The thing is . . . they give so much more in time/product! Daryel/Corey will do whatever it takes to make it right! A smart businessman, a terrific family, some which I haven't met, but all part of his awesome team. Don't call anyone else . . . everyone knows them and their spotless reputation. They're worth the wait, IF you have to wait. Thank you Daryel, Corey & Randy! Sincerely, Natalie & Dave Oh! Every time they finished for they day, they made sure that the property was safe and clear for us to use our driveway. So neat, not easy when ripping out trees/stumps, making big holes and bringing in MANY tons of product. You guys are simply . . . AMAZING! I guess we'll see them again, Daryel wants to make sure to finalize a few things after slabs installed and make sure it looks good! Crazy good!!🥰
