Provided by YP.comLet me introduce you to 3 absolutely dishonest people at Boch Toyota South. Robert Rockwell (finance Manager), Fayiz Zureikat (Sales Manager), Mohammed Hsissou (Sales Consultant). They just cheated me out of my money (A lengthy car loan with interest amounting to more than half of the car's original price). They're imposing it on me. I am poor. I just had a good credit score that they abused it. I just went there to ask a few questions but they put me through this. May God judge you all for your deeds. Amen. When I said, I didn't want the car. They said "you just signed the paper. The car is yours. You can't change it. We've already got the funds from the bank." I called the bank. They said, "No money is transferred to them. The account does not open in a matter of a few hours." I told Robert Rockwell that you have not received the funds from the bank. I don't even have an account yet. He got angry, he said, "we're sending it to them." He and one other young guy (I assume he was Abdullah Mansour) came up to me, started abusing me. That guy said, "get the hell off my showroom." They called the cops. The officer asked me to take the car and leave and so did I. I'll take a lawyer. This is plain cruelty.
The car is in a bad shape. 2017 but 22k miles on it. Not certified, interestingly Mohammed Hsissou lied to me by saying, "2017 cars can't be certified because they're not old enough." It also had a bad accident damage on front passenger side. On the website, it reads, "No accident or damage." They said they would give me a carfax report but they never did.

Provided by YP.comOn or about 6-15-16, I had to have my car towed to Boch Toyota South because my flat tire could not be removed because at some previous service there, my anti-theft lug nut adapter had been switched with a different adapter that did not fit. I know the correct one had been there because I had used it myself in the past. I had them remove the set of anti-theft lug nuts and replace them with regular nuts., and told them to leave the old stuff in my car. I had to return the next day because no new tire in stock. They wanted to charge me more money to install my wheel back even though my invoice said they would. I took my car to a lot up the street and changed it myself. Noticed my old stuff had not been left in car. That will cost me another $50. How's that for service?I
