I am giving this store 1 star, because the site will not let me submit a form with zero. Arias is a filthy store with horrible customer service. On top of that, the jewelry cases are littered with broken and dented items. When they sold me a broken Cape Cod bracelet, I was unable to get my money back due to their no cash back policy... As a result, I have now been down to the store 4 times to pick up a bracelet which they keep telling me will be there. Sergio keeps forgetting to bring it from the other store. When I went down today, I was told that he does this type of stuff all the time. I returned the bracelet a week ago, and yet I am still without the replacement that came in 4 days ago. Today the girl at the counter said "I don't know what to tell you. He does this to customers all the time." There is absolutely no excuse for this abysmal service, and I will not be returning there again. They have not made any accommodations or apologized for having me drive 35 minutes from my house FOUR times to pick up my bracelet which is not there.
