Very, very frustrated with this company We got them out to come out and look at our washer because they are an LG washer repair company. We found out that it needed a part that was more expensive then a new washer. I called LG and they said if the technician would call them, they could work with him to see if the part was defective. I have called the company 8 times and I cannot get the technician to call me back or call LG directly. This has been going on for a few months. I even asked the manager to call me and have not received any call back. We ended up having to buy a new washer. I WOULD NEVER recommend this company for anything. I can't believe they are still in business! This has been a ridiculous hassle.

This company damaged the side of a new refrigerator while repairing it. They refused to do anything about it. They are rude and have no customer service.

If I could give a negative score, I most certainly would. We were having a dishwasher delivered. I was called on Monday, June the 22nd, and told that they would call me the next day to let me know when the guys would be headed out, but should be around 2 p.m. give or take a two hour window. That was fine...just wanted some time so I could put my pets away while they were here so that they wouldn't interfere with the delivery and installation. On tuesday morning, at 10:33 a.m. I received a call saying that they would be on their way shortly. I then received another call at 2 and they were loading up. Two hours later I call them back and they tell me that they called me by mistake...that they were supposed to have called someone named Harper, and they were at their house. At 5:30 p.m. I got a call from Jennifer who said they were on their way....I said no, leave it on the porch. My husband will install it.....I don't know if they will show up or not at this point.
