If there was a zero star option I would give that. We are forced to use this company due to the extended warranty we bought through Lowes with the dryer. We started having issues about a month ago with the dryer making loud noises when drying. So we went through the process to get whoever the warranty company was using for an appointment. We got the appointment which was in another week. They showed up in the window they set. The tech spent less than 5 mins in the house. Told me he had no parts and they would call when they got in, could take 2 weeks. Flash forward two weeks. It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and I hadn't heard anything. So I called the company and they informed me that they will be working on the day after Thanksgiving. I was ok with that, its already been 3 weeks total. So, here we are 2 days before Thanksgiving and the lady I talked said we were on the schedule but no time had been set, ok. Friday morning I wake up and get moving around. Still no call, no message, no text. So I called back, again. The lady said he was doing the schedule and he would call and let us know. 30 mins later I get a call saying they will be here between 2-5, great. So, the tech shows up at 1545ish, I'm currently using the restroom when he shows up. By the time I could get my kids attention to go answer the door, the tech left. Not even a minute at the door and he is gone. So here is another day I have taken off work to be here when they told me to be here. Less than a minute at the door and you leave? Poor poor business practice. To top it off the company will not answer their phone. Whatever happened to the "I am on my way call" and or the "I have arrived" call or text. I got nothing, NOTHING!!!! So here we are now having to wait till Monday to RESCHEDULE again because the tech couldn't just wait an additional 10 seconds. I'm sorry that I couldn't get out of the restroom quick enough to answer the door in less than a minute. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
