I was in the station just 30 minutes ago and received the worst service I have ever had here. Everyone is usually very friendly but today there were 2 ladies behind the counter, rita and one other, rita was waiting on someone, the other lady ignored me but waited on the next person to come up. I think it was a color issue with her because I'm white and he was black. REALLY!!! In customer service too. Greg, who is training your people?
