The staff stays on top of things. We have wonderful neighbors. We don't have people hanging out in the parking lots. The property is well lit. Me and my family feel safe living here.

Don't waste your time moving here

This place is the worst. Always somebody hanging out all time of the day and night. They sit on the steps so you can't get into your apartment. Women move these bums in their apartment and they fight all the time. If you value your hard earned money don't move here. Have reported these issues numerous times and nothing gets done.

I lived at this apartment complex for almost 4 years paid my rent on time and took great care of my apartment never caused any problems. One day there was an inspection done by the apartment manager and new maintenance man which before hired never had a back round check done (later they ran one and had to fire him because he had criminal charges against him for fraud). I was not there. I had $1200.00 in a jar on my bookshelf that I was saving and the day after the inspection it was stolen. No signs of breaking or entering. Well that means whoever stole it had a key. I had the cops come they did not do anything (thanks for the help). when I shared with the upper management that I thought it was some one with a key, I was treated like I was the that stole from them. I was even attacked verbally and told to leave by the site manager in the big lots parking lot. This same woman also gave me the middle finger once while passing me in her car. When I told the upper management about them they did not even apologize or do any thing. The same site manager is still there today (WOW), The neighbors would tell me how the site manager would talk negative about me to them. Well out of safety reasons I changed the lock and refused to give the management a key until the thief was caught or we found a new place. I told them they were welcome to come into the apartment as often as needed as long as I was there. And for some reason if there was emergency they could break the door down and I would pay the repair cost. That was not good enough for them they told me to either give them a key or they would evict me. I told them we were looking for another place and would not fell safe unless we knew we were the only ones with a key due to circumstances. they did not care about our feelings and said no. I even offered to give the upper management a key as long as she would not give it to the employees. Even after the theft the maintenance man and site manager tried to get into our house with out us being there after we they agreed not to come in unless we were there when we reported this to the upper management all they did is threaten to evict us for changing the lock. There are also people selling drugs, lots of loitering, public fights, and many ghetto cultured people who just are always hanging out and don't even try to produce any type of income. I guess they are section 8 participants, that's how they pay the rent. This place is great for any one who wants to live in the ghetto, or be robbed, treated like crap, buy drugs, or watch people have a fight in there front yard. It is so pose to be a equal housing complex but there is not a racial balance. Its amazing we moved into a apartment complex that is not equal housing and it only cost $20.00 more a month. Now all the problems have diapered. It so nice.
