I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I took my car in to get two new tires. I did not have an appointment and I was told it would be a couple of hours before they could get to it. I said that was fine. I left the first tire and asked to be contacted when it was done and I would return, switch the tires out and leave the second one to be fixed. That way I still had transportation and I didn't have to sit and wait. I was contacted about two hours later and I was told the tire was ready and they had slowed down enough to be able to do the second tire immediately so I wouldn't have to return again. That it would take just a few minutes. I went right over and was told to have a seat they would be done in a few minutes. I sat there for an HOUR before they even moved my car from the parking space into the back. Then it took another 30 minutes for them to complete the second tire. I have a bad back (four surgeries) and sitting in their hard chairs is very difficult for me. Their policy (if you have an appointment) is to give the customer $59 if your tire is not replaced in 59 minutes. While I did not have an appointment when I originally went in, I feel that when I was called and told to come back and they would "knock the second one out in a few minutes" should have been considered an appointment and I should have received the refund. I was offered no apology or explanation as to why I had to wait an hour and a half the second time. I will not be returning to their place of business again.
