I am a widow in poor health on oxygen so I do not get out much anymore. Many times I have left mail out to be picked up. Not picked up. My mail is to be postmarked on the day I put it out. But that doesn't matter the point being is that the mail person should check my box each day even if I do not have mail. This is NOT right by any stretch of the imagination. Please do something about it as I have taken my time to go into your building to talk about it and each time I am told the same ole same ole "We will say something and Sorry"..NOT good enough NOT good enough. Do something other than give the proverbial lip service.

I am shocked to see negative reviews. I lived there over 10 years and visited the post office many times. Did I like standing in line? No. But once it was my turn they took care of my business there as if I were the only customer they had. They didn't rush me out. It was hard fir me to get to my box on a regular basis. Always, always you could see they had taken time to organize my overload of mail. No I have no complaints. Rickie Toole

Have so many consistent problems with this location. So many items are late, and then they never even attempt to deliver half the time. They just leave and make me go there to pick it up.

Horrible customer service. Rude employees.

North Augusta p.o. on Georgia ave has the most inept, incompetent rude inconsiderate staff l n 71 years have ever encountered.
