My laptop computer would shut down without warning. The technician picked it up at my home the same day that I called. Two days later he returned it to the Naperville Humane Society where I volunteer. It has worked perfectly since.

Response to my initial email was prompt (less than 2 hours on a Sunday). The estimate was accurate. Pick up was painless and on time. Drop off and in-home adjustments were done quickly and courteously. I was very satified with the service and the repair work.
