Mrs. Malcolm is very knowledgeable and understanding. She takes the time to evaluate, listen, and respond in a way that I understand. She never rushes me. She communicates very well and is easy to reach if needed. Very rarely are good reviews left, I couldn’t not leave one. Mental Health providers often get a bad rep, I can tell you that’s not the case here.. she’s seriously great and so easy to talk to also!
