I found myself needing to downsize. It was such a big process that it totally stressed me out. I found Letty Allen of mature transitions and met with her. I found her to be very professional and upfront with all answers to questions. She submitted A proposal to me which included not only a floor plan for design in moving all of my furniture and artwork to my new chosen location, but also to pack up and dispose of all the things that I could not Take with me. The hardest part of the move was to leave the house I love so much. But Letty made the process so very easy. Her crew came in organized all of my possessions, carefully packed up everything for charity, that I was not taking with me. Her team also packed up everything I was taking with me and while I checked into a hotel for the evening, she moved everything to my new location. When I arrive there a day later everything was put away and in place. All the stress that I had felt in considering the fact that I had to move, was totally taken off my shoulders. I actually did not find this process difficult or expensive. I love my new home. I would recommend that if you to need to downsize, and find yourself not knowing where to turn. Call mature transitions.

SURPRISE.........$5900 invoice. Completely unwilling to accept responsibility for not

communicating hours or updates on effort required to complete.



If you choose to use Mature Transitions recommend they be engaged only on a fixed price/not to exceed basis. They need to be managed, as they will not communicate interim expenses incurred.
