W.C. Mepham High School, established in 1935, is a coeducational secondary school offering educational instruction to students in grades nine through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 1,000 students and offers classes in various subjects, including English, math, science, social studies, physical education, art, music, business, and family and consumer sciences. It also provides special education to students with special needs. The school colors are garnet and gray and its mascot is the pirate.
