Food is great the employees are very polite keep up the good work

Lived in the area for over 5 years and gave them two chances. Both times, disappointed. Not to mention that the counter person handled the pizza AND money (with bare hands no less - disgusting). I will give it another shot once this Pepe's opens to see if they have figured out why they generally have a customer free shop. They need to step it up. There are far better places in the area.

I used to order from Luigi's a lot prices were pretty good for "ok" pizza. The people that work there are mostly bland and rude and once even asked my 14 year old brother for a tip. Apparently the new renovations they did broke them because I just paid $16.30 for 1 meatball hero and one chicken hero no cheese on either. The meatball hero had literally one meatball that was split into two on each side of the bread and barely any sauce at all, and the chicken hero has way less meant in it than they used to put and again barely any sauce. overall yes some people like it there but if it wasn't by a high school they would have been out of business a long time ago.
