I’m extremely disappointed in the North Bend Chinook lumber. My husband got off work today with just enough time to make it to your store before the listed close time of 6pm. He arrived at 5:50pm and just needed to grab a few items inside. Your store attendant made eye contact with him through the window, flipped off the lights, locked the door, and walked into the back of the store. We live 45 minutes away and because your store decided to close early he wasted and hour and a half of his time and gas driving for nothing. Needless to say we won’t be shopping at your store again and if you can’t stick to the hours you have advertised as open you should consider relisting the hours you are actually open.

The Store manager at the highway 9 store does not give a damn about service or customers. I ordered lumber that was delivered but was warped and cracked, so I rejected it.

The Store manager called me (after I went back to the store to find a solution) to tell me that he would send me pictures of some lumber they had in the warehouse, but he never sent the pictures nor did he call back at all.

Since then (3 weeks) I have been trying to get in contact with Rob, the store manager, and he will not return my messages or calls. I have left messages with Lisa and Larry, have gone to their store once after not getting a call back just to be told that Rob is in a meeting and they can’t help me.

I would love to support local business, but having a store manager that does not return calls after leaving 4 messages just plain sounds or seems to be that there is no concern for customers.

My business will go someone else.
