Don't put your loved one here! We went to visit

my husband's father one day and found him unresponsive. He was suppose to get services that he never received. The staff did not follow his diet or keep track of his health condition which contributed to his death. There were symptoms that he was having for at least a week before we found him unresponsive that they should have recognized and informed his family about.
