Made an appointment through my appliance service contract and Atek's Yonkers office. They did not arrive during the approved window but when I called back they lied and said someone came to the door and did not let them in. The technician came on the phone and proceeded to yell at me that I needed to be there and not have my housekeeper since they don't answer to the help. Called service contract rep to make another appointment and Atek's "rejected" the request. I have never worked with such an unprofessional company and I'm certainly glad I didn't have to pay them. I would've given them zero stars if I could. Even on Angie's list they have bad ratings. Stay away. There are other options.
