Great Building. Very Convenient. Some apartments are fully renovated and in great condition. Definitely great investments that will only increase over time, especially as people move over the Lincoln Tunnel from NYC. Maintenance done very promptly.

Nice....nice building, not cheap new constructions... huge balconies, perfect views... to a really afortable prices the best secret kept on New Jersey..... do not through your money on cheap new apartments that only ofert your tiny spaces..... where they advertice walking closet and you can not fit more that 5 pair of shoes and a couples dresses.... Jersey is fasion now come to see the apartments and ask for units E.... i forgot mentioned that have a garage, pool, sauna, gym...
