The best place in Billerica! Sokonnie is the AWESOME....trust me

Sokonnie is the BEST hair dresser at the Supercuts in North Billerica. She is friendly, professional and does a great job. My children (ages 12 and 5) also get their haircut with Sokonnie and she also does a fantastic job and she is very personable and that is very hard to find these days. I think she is the only hairdresser in that location that has such a large customer base. She is truly amazing and Supercuts should know how lucky they are to have a great hair stylist.

I shouldn't be writing this review because now she will even busier than ever, but Sokonnie absolutely ROCKS! She is the best hair professional there. I hope she never leaves this place! She gives a great haircut, mine is very short.

I should have listened to what I've heard about this place. It's absolutely terrible, but still I gave them a chance. Big mistake. These people don't know how to cut hair at all. The unevenness is ridiculous and they don't know what they are doing at all. Definitely should get more training or don't even bother cutting people's hair if they can even get a simple trimming right. I went directly to another haircut salon after my visit here just to fix the "mess" they did. I will never go there again and have already told my my friend's, family, and co-workers to stay away and protect their hair from this awful place. Save yourselves, don't take the risks, and stay away from this place.

Great service, I got a full head of high light and cut for med. length hair and paid less than I've paid for a partial foil at a full service salon. It's was my first time going there, but it won't be my last. Thank you Sokonnie for giving me such great service.

i went there the first time and they did a horrible job , to busy inside the room talking to each other , very bad hair cut , i admit its my fault when i went the second time only because i wanted to give them a chance for the reason being from the same city , NEVER AGAIN .

Horrible. They are fresh out of beauty school and definatly not ready to be taking clients. They are very slow and I have had to wait a while just to be checked in. I took my son there for his first haircut and told the girl I wanted to save the hair. She put it on the counter but then brushed it onto the floor. The second time I went she cut his bangs and sides way too short. Terrible. Don't waste your time! Only gave one star because site.wouldn't let me submit review with zero stars

Absolutely horrible. They are to busy talking to do a good Job. One girl missed spots waxing my eybrows and the other cut my bangs crocked and left longs hairs sticking out of them. Never going there again.
