BEWARE! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my life, PLEASE AVOID THESE THIEVES AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! I wanted to build a pole barn in my backyard, I knew exactly what I wanted, and they told me sure no problem they can do it and take care of the building permit at the city and they forced me to sign a contract and to pay them a "non-refundable" deposit BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED. After I paid them $4000 deposit, I was shocked to find out they could NOT build the garage I wanted because the city would not allow it and they did not want to refund my hard earned money. I went in person to the city and found out they are complete amateurs and did not even submit a proper building plan to the city, no accurate measurements on lot-lines, existing structures or drawings or anything, it was like a preschooler drew that building plan. They claimed did not want to refund my money because they "ordered materials for it already". How the fuck do you order materials for a project before finding out if it can be built and on top of that forcefully charge the customer. Scam artists, beware!
