Well we tried to move into north branch meadows, but with the management telling us he would have the house ready for us march 1st , april 1st then telling us only 15 people can lease the homes he will have it done in 2 weeks, to nothing not a phone call, not a text, email...nothing and nothing is touched on the house after over a month and a half of the park manager anthonys lies and laziness...we have decided to be done with that and take our business elsewhere after being approved. Thank you anthony for NOTHING....

north branch meadows

Tony S is an unmedicated bi-polar paranoid schizophrenic that was evicted for harrassing and stalking people in the community...but north branch meadows is a horrible community! The manager Tony is worthless. It is a dangerous community. The sidewalks aren't safe to walk on, the roads are collapsing, houses falling apart, most of community is empty, the grass don't get mowed, the snow doesn't get plowed, the manager sleeps in the office if he's ever there,there is no maintenance, the owners don't care about the residents or the community. The community is for sale,but residents haven't been told...WORST COMMUNITY IN LAPEER COUNTY!!! Dont move here, its not a safe or nice place to live.

Very nice place to live. And to the comment below..Park management only enforces community rules to keep it a SAFE PLACE. Obviously some one is just mad that they didn't follow the rules.

i would not move in here mary will get you in then try to get you kick out. mary oliver the manager will go up to the village and lie about people to get them kick out i know i stell live here but she did this to me and some other people to bad place to live and she let drug dealer live in here too
