Dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree the day after Christmas and I brought it to another shop for analysis to the tune of $1280-opted to wait for Russ and had all the same work done as well as additional problem found and fixed for a little over $500. ALWAYS very pleased with his honesty and quality hometown work!

Very trustworthy. They have had multiple opportunities to do unnecessary repairs on our vehicles but Russ was honest in telling us they weren't needed. Prices are also quite reasonable. Russell also takes the time to explain what was wrong, what they did to fix it, and show us the old parts. Very friendly service.

Russell's is the only place I take my vehicles. Jason is very upfront and honest; he will not price gouge you or perform unnecessary work. His shop is always busy but he does his best to squeeze in and accommodate your schedule. Highly recommend!

I had an electrical problem with my car that was causing all kinds of issues. Russ spent loads of time tracking it down and getting to the bottom of it. I didn't have an appt. so it was pretty awesome he was able to help me so quickly. Highly recommend!

This is the third and last time I will be bringing my car to Russell's. I have no ideal what is going on, but the seem to be really poor at managing the workload. A simple oil change and tire rotation booked weeks ahead of time, wasn't done until the end of the day and they had to work late to get it done. Brought vehicle in towards closing and they knew what the problem was, they didn't order the part until two days later and finally fixed the vehicle at the end of the day. They always have an excuse. The previous owner did these repairs in 24 hrs. Really disappointed. If you rely on your vehicle, this is not the place to go. POOR customer service.
