Disappointing -- from the look of the pastry in the case and cake in the front refigerator I thought I was going to have a delicious dessert that night. NOT THE CASE. Cannoli was dry -- and tasted like it was filled with grainy ricotta. A sad attempt at an Italian favorite -- I guess I'll just have to travel to East Haven, New Haven or Hamden for real Italian pastry. I don't think I'll be wasting my money to try any of their other desserts.

Frank is superb! He made our Red Velvet wedding cake that people are still talking about. It was beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked. He is very affordable as well and located right on route 80 in North Branford.

Delicous!!! I purchased my wedding cake from Pastry Fusion and everyone loved it!!!
