I have more then disappointing experience with VTK Enterprises. They cost me $500 with no job dane. I wanted to install steamed shower into my bathroom. Home Depot hired them as contractor. They came to my house twice and ensured me that unit will fit and all will go smoothly. I hired electrician as they instructed me, to be prepared for the unit to be installed. When unit arrived, they came to my house, looked at the bathroom and in 10 minutes they were gone with the statement that they will not be able to install this unit. Home Depot reimbursed me for the cost of the unit, but, $500 I paid to electrician are gone with the wind. Manager of VTK Enterprise told me that since they mislead me, they will reimburse the electrician fee with Home Depot store credit, which never happened. I ended up with no shower, unneeded electrical wire inside my walls, and minus $500 paid to the electrician. Home Depot informed me that they are no longer working with VTK Enterprise.
