I have been to many eye doctors over the years and in my opinion Dr. Jacobsen is the best by far. She is an expert in diagnosis and treatment of my ocular issues. I would highly recommend her.

I went there three times and was never seen by her. The first time I had no apt, but was told they were running behind and the wait would be over an hour. The second time I had an apt., and got there on time and was told they were running behind. I asked how long I would have to wait and was told 45 minutes. The third time I tried to go, I made sure to schedule myself as the first apt. of the day to avoid waiting. I had to wait 15 minutes outside the store, and waited another 15 minutes inside AFTER finishing my paperwork. I left. I don't tolerate that kind of disrespect for people's time. I'll take my private insurance with it's high reimbursement elsewhere.
