!st visit: Ordered Craft Burger w/ Fries.Waitress never brought napkins we asked for,didn’t come to check on us.After paid,found out “3 for Me”special offered.Waitress didn’t tell us about special.We paid more for less. 2nd visit had Tony,ordered Medium Sirloin,turned out rare,but still tasty.3rd Visit, ordered Medium Sirloin,turned out well done,but still tasty.Enjoyed Sirloin either way that decided to bring son for 31st birthday.Telephoned,spoke with Tony who assured me that he would write everything down,get booth I wanted & cake at end of meal.Upon arrival, told 2 hostesses birthday reservations thru Tony.Told me reservations are only made for 6 or more,put us at booth next to kitchen door,wanted to leave,but my son didn’t care so stayed.Server brought check, no cake.What’s the use of telephoning ahead of time,speaking to the 2 hostesses at the front door if no one is going to listen or pay attention to you.Service is poor.Not going back.
