I lost my job and asked if there was some kind of credit card insurance for hardship situations. They do not. However, that is not what upsets me. Because I asked this question, the collections department put a block on my account! I have never missed a payment and I usually pay, by far, more than the minimum. And there are only two people within the whole company who can remove the block. I won't be able to speak to anyone until they come into the office. How ridiculous!!!! I will be changing banks. I find them hard to work with and rude. I recommend going to a larger institution. My auto loan is through PNC, and they are very easy to work with. Most likely, I will be looking to them for a balance transfer.

For three years I've been a member with these people. They out right lie to you. The staff are rude the supervisory personnel do not care don't bank with them please go anywhere else don't make my mistake and deal with them

They charged me a $25 insufficient fund fee

(I over 3 bucks), because they didn't clear a check for $3,000.00 that I had deposited in time, took OVER five business days and this was from a business that I had been depositing checks for over a year, no bounces.Refused two requests to remove. I went to them because I was tired of this exact same BS from the big banks.

Same as the banks. Too big to care. No charges? ATM fees and $25 overdraft fees for each overdraft despite it being an employer's payroll issue. $125 and they refuse to reimburse a dime. Like I said. Too big to care.

Please bring back April and Vicki!! Please!!! At least they would get you answers and take care of you within a reasonable time frame. Been a member here for years, as they expanded, the very thing that made them successful (customer service and treating you like you are a priority) have long since past. If they do not change the "CSEASY" way of doing business, they will lose the prime customers to other banks! I suggest a complete training overhaul for every branch.
