Shiny facade with incompetence hiding behind every nook and cranny. Expect to feel like a babysitter trying to manage your own health.

This doctor seems great. I'm new and have only been dealing with them for about a month.
The support staff so far has been of poor quality. I had to call in four times about an appointment referral over a period of two weeks, only to find out that they knew that place wasn't accepting my insurance. When I asked why they didn't let me know the first few times I was given a bunch of excuses.

I can let things slide, but this same scenario played out more than once and I've only been going here for a month. They also have misrepresented appointment times, and have been very rude in the process.

The reason I left my previous doctor was because of their disorganization. This place unfortunately has been worse already.
