When we scheduled our appointm...

When we scheduled our appointment, we were told to get the xray done elsewhere (because of insurance purposes) and bring in the CD with the XRay results. The Dr came into the room, never meeting us before, ignored me and went directly to my 12 year old child. Never introduced himself, had no personality and was the experience was not to my standards. He did a thorough exam and then claimed that he could not see anything on the XRay and made us go for an MRI. The follow up appointment to the MRI was 3 weeks out. After the initial appointment, I switched Dr's. Got an appointment set up within a week of the MRI. Called to get the records from Spectrum - got forwarded to a voicemail account on many occassions, finally I had to raise my voice at and demand to talk to a live person to get the papers transferred over to the new doctors office. Oddly enough the day I initially called to get the papers, Spectrum called me back and tried to re-schedule the follow up for the following week. Too late. The second doctor we went to told me that the MRI was not necessary and showed me where on the XRay the problem was. I was so happy that I left spectrum! Will not and have not recommended them!
