I called to place an order for carry out and the guy told me that they were to busy and no carry out for at least another hour. I have never encounter a restaurant that refused a customer carry out. Also the guy had an attitude with me on the phone. Will not be going back there or obviously trying to order carry out from them again. I would give them no stars but i can not submit my review without giving them at least one.

My now husband and I loved the food and atmosphere of this place so we chose it as our rehearsal dinner location for our 40+ guests in our wedding. We were so excited to have it at Sylvester's. We scheduled the date and our personal menu ahead of time. When we arrived the night before our wedding at 8pm for dinner, there was a table of 5 people IN OUR rehearsal dinner room. We asked the waitress why they were still in here and she said that they had been there for 2 hours. My mother politely asked them if they could head out because this was our room for our private, special dinner. Out of some childish spite they decided to stay for another hour or so during our party. They were taking up seats for my guests also. It was so embarrassing and it looked like I hadn't planned well for the party. No one did ANYTHING to get them to leave. We spent over $1000 for the dinner and what did the manager do? He APOLOGIZED to the 5 GUESTS that were in OUR room because we were "bothering" them and comped THEIR meal. I have not been that angry in a long time. It was so upsetting, I felt like my one and only rehearsal dinner for my wedding had been ruined thanks to Sylvester's. The manager did nothing to help us and didn't even apologize. I would most certainly NOT recommend this restaurant for it's complete and utter lack of customer service.
