Paid over $200+ for two simple black suits for our daughters funeral. My son's pants we received were like a size 5 (suppose to be size 14.) The pants hemming also was pulled, snag looking. We also received 2 white shirts instead of one. My husbands suit was fine. There was no time to exchange and fix the problem nor did they suggest we try on the suits prior. Contacted head office and still giving us problem and said we should read the paperwork. I had to run to dollar general 45 minutes prior to our daughters service to get my son a pair of black jeans (all they had) to somewhat match the suit...it looked awful and our son was embarrassed. Not what we wanted to do prior to her service. Very disappointed and will not use this shop again. :(
