My experience with ARS is a very positive one. The technician is very knowledgeable and seems to take pride in being able to to do a great job. He explained his recommendations and gave me a very detailed update on my system. He is the same technician from my first visit and his professionalism is truly appreciated!!!



Note: I purchased the service plan when on my initial ARS visit earlier this year and right on time, they called and reminded me that it was time to check my system for the winter. The system check was at no additional cost since I had previously purchased the service plan.

I had ARS check my heating and air in spring 2012. I was charged $195.00 for the visit including $125.00 for a capacitor. Estimate for repairs included $483.00 for the first pound of freeon (i was told I neede 2.5 pounds). I told them I would think about it and called a competitor who charged $75.00 a pound for 2 pounds freeon. Repair estimates by ARS to replace the inside coil was 10 times higher than their competitor.



Go somewhere else if you need these services. Go anywhere but ARS. I'll never call them for anything.
