I was really impressed with the service and the quick fix of my window. My rear passenger window was hit with something while I was in Charleston visiting. I called several other places to see about getting my glass fixed and every other place was trying to make me wait several days. When I called auto glass now, they got me in within 20 mins of me calling and my window was repaired in less than 30 mins. My insurance company paid for the fix so I paid nothing out of pocket. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that wants fast and reliable service.

They took care of me, notified me of any situation before and after service, and made my experience with them an excellent one. I would recommend them to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. After almost ALL DAY and two windshields they got my truck done ('84 Dodge D150) And it leaked! Now their warranty says it covers against LEAKS, but they wouldn't fix it. They said it was a problem with my trucks body. After I had asked the tech was there any problems with the pinch weld (the area the windshield gasket attaches to on the body) and he said "no, not with this one" Then I asked did they use sealant? He said " You normally don't use sealant with a gasket" ANOTHER LIE, the manufacturer of the gasket ( precision replacement parts #wcr914) and the auto glass safety council recommend the use of sealant www.agrss.com. Go to a windshield installer that is certified by the Auto Glass Safety Council! I got my truck home, removed the windshield, cleaned the 30 years of crud from the pinch weld (something they should have done) applied sealant, then reinstalled the windshield. Guess what?? NO MORE LEAKS! And there ARE NO PROBLEMS with my trucks body. They simply did not want to mess with it any more because it gave them so much trouble. Funny I didn't have that much trouble with it, because I took the extra 2O minutes to clean the surface up. These guys are cheaper because the provide INFERIOR service. Your windshield is an IMPORTANT part of your cars safety and integrity, DON"T TRUST THESE GUYS TO DO IT RIGHT!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

The service from Glass Masters was excellent, the repair man showed up early and he was very personable and proved to be very effective and efficient with his duties. I would recommend Glass Masters to everyone seeing as how Iﾒve been using this company for quite some time. Great job!

my dealership wanted to charge hundreds of dollars to get my windshield replaced but i called glass masters and they gave me a great price. they drove to my home and changed my windshield and i didnt even have to get out of my house, the installer answered all my questions and gave me a receipt. i will use them if anything ever happens to one of my windows.
