Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. Told it would be 10 days before a tech could come correct a no service problem that has been diagnosed and will take approx 30 min to correct. Asked to speak to supervisor.. Not available but will return call within 24-48 hours. Told if I wanted to speak to anyone else contact Comcast. Com. Seriously??
