I'm so thankful for Bob's integrity and expertise. Recently, I took my laptop to Bob to see if it could be saved after our home was flooded and my laptop got wet. After doing a diagnostic and drying out the computer, Bob told me that not only was the motherboard gone, he wouldn't be able to retrieve any of my files. How much did he charge me? ZERO. He could've easily charged me a diagnostic fee regardless of whether or not my computer was fixable. But Bob has always gone above and beyond. Thanks Bob and Alicia! Smiles,

I have done many dealings with Mr. crazy bob. He has always been very poliete, generous, and professional. He is very knowledged in what he deals in and always willing to explain if u have any questions. I will always take my broken gold and unwanted/unused computer parts to crazy bobs. And would encourage anyone to do the same.

Don't do business with this guy. No matter what's wrong with your computer, he'll sell you a new motherboard. Messages were ignored, phone calls not returned. If you complain about anything, his rage is way beyond approrpiate in a business setting. This guy is actually frightening. Steer clear.
