Provided by YPmobileDarby Development and it's properties are the worst I have ever seen or encountered. Their customer care and service is very bad. They are cheap and only care about money. They do NOT want to help improve safety, care for their residents and tennants honor resident's requests. Don't rent from any Darby Development Complex. Too much Cost vs. Value and their customer service is the worst!
If the author of this review would like to contact the home office for Darby Development, I personally would be happy to listen to the needs or concerns of this anonymous reviewer. Managing nearly 1600 apartments, I am proud to say I am only aware of one dissatisfied resident, recently evicted, who may feel this way about Darby Development. My apologies, but non payment of rent is something we cannot overlook, and having a tree branch fall on one's car during a rainstorm is not legal justification for nonpayment of rent. We consistently serve our clients, which is why a Team Member came out in the rain to assist when this occurred. Threatened with litigation though, he was unable to proceed. It is a great sadness when we are reminded we cannot meet all expectations. We are servent leaders managing communities of quality. With that said, learning is a life long experience, and I would be happy to receive any additional feedback you may wish to offer.
