I got my dress prefect dress and my best friends dress. The staff was perfect,nice and they were perfect for my first time going to do anything like that. If I need any dress I will always come back.!!!!!!!

I am disappointed . I knew what dress i want, i went there just to try on similar dress since they don't care Vera Wang. They wasn't professional acting they hang a dress in room for me didn't even ask to help me get it on. When i came there to pick actual dress it was badly wrinkled so you can't really see how it's looks, but they offer to steam it for $ 40!! Really!. And leave this dress in fitting room with bag on it for me to try!!. No help asked! Then when i was buying it , they offer me regular white bag for a dress for $10!! OMG!! I was getting bags like this in any barely good stores! And here you spending 1600$ and you need to pay for a bag to put it in!! Ridiculous!

My soon to be wife and I went to Davids bridal and yes it was busy but I expected it to be, the only thing that made me furious was that when we found a dress they assured it was on sale that weekend for 300 or so $ the whole time she was choosing it she loved it rang the bell and she was happy. Then they said at the register it was 550$ and even though she could have forgotten that it was or wasn't on sale those kind of things you need to be sure about things before you just say things. We trusted the employee and were let down and they have lost all future business with us and family and will never receive a good recommendation again. This kind of stuff I expect from a mall salesman trying to scam me but not a corporate company.

I took my daughter to David's Bridal for her first appointment and her first time to try on a wedding gown for up and coming wedding. The experience was fantastic. Agnes was her attendant and she started the appointment on time, my daughter picked out 8 dresses and Agnes did the rest. Agnes treated my daughter like a princess, she helped her get dressed, she made sure the dress was just right, and she fitted her with the right veils for the dress. She explained the story of the veils and the meaning to each one, there was 3 veils per 8 dresses. I was amazed at the time and attention she gave to my daughter on this special occasion. My daughter looked like a princess and she felt like one, too. I am so thankful we went to David's Bridal first and to Agnes for all her wonderful attention. None of the rest of the Bridal shops so far can touch David's Bridal.
