This is not a shop where you want to have repairs done. Had a vehicle worked on at this shop, a two day install was quoted with price. Two day turned into two weeks. Price was increased by dbl. Shop gave no written repair estimate then due to a lack of knowledge without authorization took vehicle to another shop and had vehicle repaired. Then attempted to add second shop bill to original inflated bill while attempting to cover up extra expense by stating 2016 vehicle had mechanical issues beyond install that had to be fixed. Vehicle is under full warranty and only four months old. Had to get lawyer to enforce SC Vehicle Repair Act law in order to retrieve vehicle in order to take to another shop with another bill to complete repairs. They will not call you, they will not ansewer ph, will not give formal written repair estimate and will insist upon half pymt before working on vehile. And then BS you regarding not completing work on time. I highly recommend you consider a reputable shop to repair your vehicle. This shop is strictly a shade tree mechanic shop that's very unprofessional. Their shop mgr lives in filthy rm inside shop if that says anything. Take a look at their website picture of their shop.
