Durahm bus drivers are professional drivers that have to endure some disrespectful children while doing their job of picking up and dropping off children safe. Are parents truly aware of their children's behavior when they are on a bus? I don't think so. I wish they could see it! #seeyourchildbehavior#

hunley park and durham bus allow their driver to raise their hand to my child, call him stupid, and threaten to jack him up. because the camera didn't catch it and we all know the bus driver knows where the camera is they aren't going to do anything, but me as the parent am not allowed to view the tape of the bus. calling channel 5

durham bus services suck, bus 409 for burns elementary has been late everday since school started and no one ever answers the phone at the bus yard to complain

Very Unprofessional. When the school year starts, a certain amount of mishaps are normal and expected. However, it should not take three weeks (and counting) to get a bus stop set up for a child, when there is no existing bus stop in a reasonable distance of walking. Furthermore, it is absolutely poor service to not even return a phone call. I understand the district switched bus services to save money, and it is obvious "you get what you pay for."



I left one star though, currently, I do not believe they deserve any.
