Recently he has also pursued training in order to offer treatment for twin-twin transfusions.Dr. Change knows that many medical specialists can be needed during such pregnancies, making coordination challenging. In complex cases, for instance, balancing the best care for both mother and baby can be difficult. For this reason, he partnered with pediatric cardiologist Dr. Sinai Zyblewski to create MUSC Health's Advanced Fetal Care Center.Dr. Chang's interests include hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, preterm birth, intrauterine growth restriction, thrombophilia, and ultrasound oxidative stress.
