CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:30am

When i showed up at just before 5pm, the lot had two cars in it. one car getting tire pressure checked, they other appeared to have a spare being put on. no one was working the tire machines or busy other than the guy filling up the tire. I walk in at exactly 5pm... says the closing time is 5:30 on the door. I waited a few moments for the deck clerk to shuffle some paperwork then he finally asked if what i needed. I said I needed 4 tirs put on 4 loose wheels with no balancing. He looked up at me and said they didnt have time due to "the sun was already setting" I said again that they where not mounted on a vehicle and no balancing was needed. he said no, it was closing time. this was 5pm mind you. with no apparent work load waiting, no line of customers. I said on my way out the door, it isn't anywhere near 5:30 by the way and the guy ignores me, not even asking do i want to leave them there and get them the next day, or come back tomorrow or anything... i walk out the door, and see him walking to the parking lot as he looks over and me and rolls his eyes at me. Really? for a company that basically sells itself on how happy they act and treat their customers? I have used this location since i moved to Charleston 4 years ago for all my tire needs.... NEVER AGAIN. I dont need a young (ryan or rylen was on his shirt ) arrogant lazy sales person to treat me with disrespect when I never was rude, nor gave any cause to deserve such in return. It's nice to know your sales people really dont give a damn about the person that makes their paycheck happen, only themselves. Thanks Gerald's..... NEVER AGAIN
