Barbara was so kind and helpful. I was so lost and she walked me through the entire process and was there for me all day. They took excellent care of my truck and made the checkout process easy as can be. I will call them for all my towing needs.

Outstanding!!!! After spending 20 minutes on the phone with Pep Boys Towing with no solution in sight, I hung up and called Hawk. The manager ( I assume) answered and and gave me a price quote that was considerably less than the prior two companies I had spoken to, and was able to send a truck right away. The Driver of the truck was the reason I'm writing this review. He was able to drop my Ford E250 in a narrow driveway with a 21 foot flatbed Tow Truck. I gave him a 10 buck tip just for the entertainment. Will recommend this company to ANYONE and will be seeing them again. Thanks Hawk!!!!

David came to my home ostensibly to put my car on a flat bed truck and take it to the dealer for service. Instead, he diagnosed and fixed the problem so that I could drive it to the dealer and save the cost of the tow. He didn't charge me a penny and was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgable. Fantastic experience.

Hawk's helped my wife and I out when my car left us stranded on I-526 on Memorial Day. They were very nice on the phone, quoted us a reasonable price and the driver showed up quickly despite it being a holiday. The driver was cordial and towed the car to my mechanic and gave us a ride. I broke down on the interstate and called hawk services and boy am I glad that i did! They got there pretty quick and were very friendly and helpful. The price wasn't bad either. So, needless to say if you are ever stranded call these guys and you won't regret it!

I was stranded on I-26 and i called these guys and they were there in no time! They guy who came out was very polite and friendly and even asked we if i needed a ride home. Thanks Hawk Services if i am ever broke down or stranded again i will know who to call!!!!

After locking my keys in my car, I called 2 or 3 different locksmith and wrecker services who refused to come before I came across David Ferrara at Hawk Services. He was at my location within 5 minutes on a Friday night at 8:30. He got me and my girlfriend on our way quick and easy. Plus you cannot beat his price. After the experience we had tonight, David is the first call I'm going to make next time I lock my keys in my car or if I need to be towed. It is good to know there are still great local businesses like this out here in today's society.

I needed my car towed and Hawks was recommended by my repair shop. Hawks did a wonderful job towing my car. They were fast and on time! They were extremely friendly and very helpful! I wouldn't call anyone else to tow my car. Hawks is the number one towing company in Charleston! I would definately call them if I ever need a tow job again and I will most definately recommend them to my friends and family!

MY KID LOCK MY KEYS IN MY CAR AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS CALL HAWKS SERVICE NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY THEY CAME TO MY RESCUE. THEY WAS THE BEST AND TREATED YOU LIKE FAMILY. I KNOW WHO IM CALLING WHEN MY TWO YR OLD WANTS TO LOCK MY KEYS AGAIN. LOL THANK YOU SO MUCH HAWKS! ;-)

My daughter's key was locked in her Toyota Prius last week (week of May 11-15, 2009). I called Hawks Services, who also provide locksmith services. Since I live in Columbia, SC, and my daughter lives in downtown Charleston, much of our exchange was done over cell phones. When Hawk Services and my daughter arrived at the location, to everyone's horror, her car was gone. Apparently, the tags had been removed and someone at the apartment complex had reported my daughter's car as an abandoned vehicle. David at Hawk's Towing went the extra mile to contact the Charleston Police Department, and by using the VIN, located where the car had been towed, took charge, and negotiated everything to ensure that not only did my daughter receive her car, but he was able to retrieve the only existing key from the inside. He also explained in great detail what happens once a car is towed by the city and time constraints, costs, etc. Also, Hawk Services takes credit and debit card payments over the phone. David @ Hawk Services was instrumental in walking novices like ourselves through the process, and they are reasonably priced.

This was a number my friend in Charleston gave me from the yellowpages on line 843-345-4109. I am from N.C. and was with my family in a Honda van pulling a trailer. The transmission went out and we were stuck. I called this number and problem solved. He towed the van and the trailer in one trip.The van to the trans shop and the trailer to our hotel. Helped load all our stuff and his price was the best part. Least expensive tow in 25 years for me. A true 5 star operation!!!!!! Thanks Again.

great towing company. called night before and set up to have vehicle towed the next morning, they showed up prompt at the time i needed and drove me and my car to the shop. great service the entire time. highly recommended for any towing job that is needed.
