I initially visited Health first for a bladder infection. I provided a urine sample and they gave me an antibiotic. I returned 5 days later because I was still having symptoms.

During my 2nd visit I provided a 2nd urine sample for them to send out for a test to determine which antibiotic I actually needed. I later received a call that I had to come back because my sample was thrown out by mistake.

They told me to come in 2 days later for my test results. Before I went, I called to make sure they were actually in - they confirmed they were. After waiting for 20 min. to be seen, the Doctor let me know my results were NOT in and to return in 4 days.

I returned again [10 DAYS FROM MY INITIAL VISIT] to finally have my results and for them to put me on the CORRECT antibiotic. I was told that since a new prescription was written, I had to pay for the visit.

I get it, people make mistakes. What ultimately bothered me was how little the staff seemed to care. It was unbelievable.

Took my eight month old in to the urgent care because he was wheezing, congested, and had a strange sounding coughing fit. The nurse was very nice, but ths doctor rushed in, and didn't even introduce herself. She looked over him quickly, and when I offered a recording of how he was coughing she wasn't interested in listening. She diagnosed him with a cold, gave him allergy medicine, and made me feel silly for bringing him in, only for us to be at another doctor the very next day and him be diagnosed with croup. Sure they're fast, but they aren't thorough. Thank God it isn't something super serious that was missed. Definitely don't recommend them unless it's something simple and definite.

Went yesterday after some apprehension. Will never go back again. Rhodes walked it, no bed side manner at all, couldn't hear me, slammed the door after I told him he had forgotten a prescription refill that i had asked for - dude had a cold and was coughing all over without covering his mouth! Lack of eye contact as if I was bothering him, finally got out of there after watching him walk around talking to everyone them coming back to me to dismiss me. Got to the pharmacy and he GAVE ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION! Rrrrrgh! Surely doctors who cannot hear should have easy access to getting a hearing aid. Maybe he just doesn't care anymore...Called back to get the correct prescription called in, they want ME to get the pharmacy to given THEM a call... onward search for a new doctor continues...

I do not recommend this this urgent care facility nor will I ever go back. I was asked to pay 1/2 of the bill even though I have insurance, no copay, and an HSA acct. Normally...if you have no copay you pay nothing until the claim is processed. I asked for a statement of the breakdown and was told that I could not get one I would have to wait and have one mailed to me. The half that they asked me to pay of their overinflated price ended up being the total balance and $24 over once the claim went through my insurance company. When I spoke to their billing dept the next day, I was informed by Katie Clark that I should not have been asked to pay anything. I proceeded to ask for a refund since I shouldn't have been charged. I was told it was too late. The credit card batch had already been sent. I was given the email address of the COO. It has been one week and one day since I emailed the COO....still no response.

Aggravated

I called to ask a couple a simple questions and stayed in a merry go round of recorded information. None if the information helped me. After ten minutes of pressing number after number I gave up. I guess I'll go elsewhere.

I've noticed in every review, ...

I've noticed in every review, there has been more talk on the fact that HF was a Catholic health care. Why does that matter?? Really, does it matter if your doctor is a Jew?? A budhist??? Does their religion really have any say in whether or not they are a good facility with good doctors?? Ok, so you have complaints about the doctors, thats what we need to know. We don't need to know what type of music they play or what or Whom they worship. Think about it....What if someone came to your work, and you just happend to wear a shirt with your religions trade mark on it....and that person then wrote a complaint about the entire company all because you were of a different religion then that of which they liked?? How would you feel?? Seriously, just stop acting childish. Get on here, give your report on how they TREATED you and whether or not they were ACCURATE or HELPFUL....Don't sit here bashing them and then throwing in their religion. Thats childish and in all truth, its a little prejudiced as well.

Heart palpitations...imagination?!

I went in because I was experiencing heart irregularities and palpitations. They weren't constant, they would flare up at weird times. I was told because I'm a 25 yr old, non-smoking, white female, with no family history, that I shouldn't be experiencing any issues. Great...except I was...that's why I was there. The doctor shrugged it off like I was crazy, and said "If it makes me feel better, he could hook me up to a EKG." I was hooked up for 1 minute exactly, but because there were no irregularities "See, you're fine." When I said I still have this problem weather you want to believe me or not, he sighed and said if I WANT to come back tomorrow to pick up the heart monitor and wear it for a week then come back to get the results we can do that. Yeah I'll just take my business elsewhere...thanks. Oh, and apparently I'm going to hell because I didn't realize it was a Christian Doctors office (I didn't know those existed) I went in wearing my Manson t-shirt. I was scoffed at, belittled, and preached to at every turn: checking in, being weighed, in the office by both the nurse and doctor, and at check out. "Judge not lest ye be judged" doesn't exist there...they must have skipped over that part of the bible.
