Mr. Kevin ,is a very likable guy ,his staff reflects the kind of boss he is, they bend over backwards to please the customer, I have all my automotive repairs done there (I have two cars) will highly recommend them (Kevin's) to anyone, believe me, you will not be disappointed.

My transmission blew out, and I called Kevins North Area Transmissions, They had my Vehicle towed to their new location at 4741 Franchise Street in North Charleston, They gave me an entire break down of what was wrong with my car, and assured me that I would be taken care of, My car was only in the shop for two days, when my car was ready they sent someone to pick me up from home and bring me to the shop, when I got my car back it was in excellent condition, and I couldn't even tell that I my transmission had messed up on me, they are friendly and family oriented, I also love the fact that I spoke with the owner himself before having any work done to my car, they are one of the best locally owned repair shops around and I recommend them over ANYONE in the tricounty area!

Great service, fair prices, and wonderful customer service. Our family chooses to drive older cars with no car payment! With that comes the occasional major repairs and frequent minor ones. We had both cars in the shop within 2 weeks recently for major repairs. The staff at Kevin's got us running again quickly and both cars are running beautifully. Great customer service and quick repairs. We will continue to support Kevin's not only because they're a local, family-owned business, but because they do it right!

Kevin's North Area Transmission really take care of you and treat you like family. I walked in as a new customer with some car trouble and they got me back up and running again. They listened to all of my concerns and assured me that they would take care of me and my car! My car has been running smoothly ever since and did I mention that their prices are fantastic?!?! Best automotive shop that i've ever been to. Kevin's is the reason I will continue to support family-owned local businesses!

Brought my vehicle in to have transmission rebuilt about three months ago and have been back more than four times first time it went backing was the day after they completed the work. It has been a very bad experience for me and my wife after spending $2200.00 with them smiles to get my business but now short answers and the run around.

Pulled up they came to my car like a vallet service, greated me escorted me in the shop. Asked some questions and they went to work. I hopped on my laptop with the free wifi that they offered and in an hour and ten minutes I was on my way. Told the owner how I found out about the place and he took 20% off my bill OMG!!! Anyhow... Call set up your appt, you will be sorry not to!!
