The music sucks! Okay, please play something besides ranchero! No one likes it AT ALL! Secondly the server never came back to the table after taking our order. Not to check and see if we needed refills or how the food was.

We had been patrons of this establishment for almost 15 years. Our most recent visit has become our last. On a slow Monday we waited almost 45 minutes for two entrees which when they were finally delivered were burnt. When we complained to our server and asked to speak with management she offered to replace them, but not wanting to wait another hour for the replacement we declined. We were never allowed to see a manager and were charged over $40 for food we couldn't eat. Leaving still hungry we had to go to Kickin Chickens down the road to finally get satisfied. Our family had been loyal customers to this establishment for a long time, but will never again go to this establishment. The Summerville location we used to go to had previously charged us over $30 for a nacho and salad. When we asked to see an itemized receipt on that occasion the people working acted like they couldn't understand us even though there had been no communication problems with their staff up until that point.

They over charged my credit card twice! When we went to speak to the manager about it, she didn't even seemed concerned. Never received an apology, never looked at the receipts-just gave us the money that we were short. Shady people! ! Never going back!
