A couple of weeks ago I happen to hear about this place called Confetti Cupcakes located at the Tanger Outlet Mall, Food Court. Of course being the cupcake lover I am I was compelled to try them out. Much to my surprise, and I say that literally, cause I never thought I could get that kind of reaction from a cupcake or the guy serving it. I had the best cupcake that I have ever eaten, and I have deffinatly eaten my share, and the best service from any restraunt. The knowledge and ethusiasim in which the gentleman that waited on me was outstanding. Not only did I have a great experience at Confetti Cupcakes but I left there feeling better in general. They have a deffinate repeat customer in me!
