Purchased a mattress online from No Bull Mattress. Was then contacted by the company claiming that they have not sold the mattress I purchased for several months and tried to talk me into buying a more expensive mattress and also offered an inferior mattress for the same price. When I refused and asked for a refund, they then said they found my mattress at one of their locations. At that point I was tired of the run around and asked for a refund. They said they would issue the refund but never did. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. It has been a terrible experience from start to finish and I would recommend buying elsewhere.

Great selection. Very helpful. No hard sell. Very knowledgeable. We left with two sets. Fast delivery also.

Easiest mattress buying experience ever! I visited the store on Dorchester road in Charleston. Mike was awesome and very nice. He gave me a few tips on buying a mattress. He was very friendly! I will definitely be referring family and friends there!

We visited the Columbia, SC location after looking in what seemed like 100 other stores. Their prices could not be beat! It wasn't even close! We also were not bombarded at the door by a pushy salesman. Brett was great in getting us exactly what we wanted and in the price range we had in mind! We even went back a month later and bought two more mattresses just to upgrade the rest of the beds in the house! 5 STARS!!

Brett was awesome. He wasn’t pushy like other sales people, but really knew his inventory. He didn’t “bull” on the prices either. Literally the best prices in town, and we looked several places including mattress firm. We ended up with an amazing mattress and Brett delivered and set it up in no time. I would recommend his service and products to anyone.

Visited and bought from the Summerville location with the help of Ms. Rita. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and patient. My only complaint would be the little amount of consideration that went into the delivery times for the mattress. You get what time the delivery driver quoted you. Despite that, I will purchase another mattress from No Bull when the time comes

I moved from NYC to Charleston and needed a new bed. Heard about this store from local friends and very happy I came in. No pressure, great selection. They let me spend as long as I needed trying out all the beds. I couldn't decide so spent a week going to other stores but soon realized they had the best prices that can't be beat. Came back and bought a bed from Brett who was very helpful.

This place is truly amazing!!! Not only do they have the cheapest prices I've ever seen but the mattresses are heavenly!!! And the service is terrific too. Brett helped me and he couldn't have been more helpful. GREAT PLACE!!! Loretta

First, I would like to say that we received a wonderful greeting from Michael upon arrival, which is very rare these days. We were given a "no pressure" tour and information on the available mattresses. I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse if you are looking for quality, affordability, and respect.

Great selection, low prices, and best of all...NO annoying sales people trying to tell me what I would be most comfortable on. Wish all shopping was as pleasurable.
