First of all, we regret that anyone using or service was not 100% satisfied with the workmanship and/or customer service as we strive as a family run business that cares about each and every customer on a personal level. The technician that installed Mrs. McBrides windshield has been terminated. The Tech had business cards made that had our logo but his name and phone number only and not the number of the shop. He was attempting to steal repeat customers from us by having his number only on the cards so when Mrs. McBride tried contacting us it would only go to his cell phone which he did not answer. Since we have corrected the issues with Mrs. McBride's windshield. We paid to have her leather seat cleaned and fixed by Doctor Vinyl. We even fixed a couple holes that we were not responsible for because I felt so bad that she had a bad experience. We try not to make mistakes but unfortunately they are a part of life. We learn from them and I guarantee you that we honor our lifetime warranty for any customer that is less than 100% satisfied. We are on every insurance companies preferred glass provider list and they also back all of our work with a lifetime warranty.
