Lets see...Count on them to take a minimum of 4 weeks for warranty work on pressure washers. They label them industrial but they really are $4000 pieces of residential crap. Broke 1st month we had it after 3 uses. Have replaced the pumps 3 times. Then they refuse to give you the parts so you can do it yourself since they take a MONTH! Ken the manager will treat you like crap even being 6 months pregnant. Theres a reason they only have one store. Spend the extra 500 on a pressure washer somewhere else or you will absolutely regret it. Worst management in history. Hes been there forever and no one cares because hes great with ripping people off. My next $6500 pressure washer will nottt be from this place. Excuse the anger, its from being treated like crap by Ken. Each and every time their product broke.
